Scope of Work and Time
Delivery Time
The website will usually be delivered within 7-10 days based on the scope of work for creating the website. However, if the scope of work is more, the time frame may be extended through negotiation.
We will only work within the designs, pages and features that will be finalized in writing before the work starts. If you want to add any new features or changes later, it will be subject to additional charges.
Content Provision
The customer will provide the website’s text, images, logo and necessary information at their own risk. Delay in providing these contents may naturally increase the project duration.
Revision
A specified number of changes will be made free of charge. Additional time and costs may apply for more changes.
Payment Policy
The specified partial payment must be made before the work starts. The final handover will be subject to payment of the remaining amount after the website is completed.
Time of Completion
We try our best to complete the work within the specified time. However, if the customer is late in providing content or new work is added, the delivery time may change.
Website Transfer and Ownership
After full payment is made, all files, databases and necessary access to the website will be transferred to the customer.
Support and Maintenance
Initial support will be provided after the website is transferred. Long-term support or regular maintenance will be considered a separate service.
Right to Change Terms
In the interest of improving the quality of the service, Web Codency reserves the right to change or update these terms and conditions if necessary.

কাজের পরিধি এবং সময়
ডেলিভারি সময়
ওয়েবসাইট তৈরির কাজের পরিধির উপর ভিত্তি করে সাধারণত ৭-১০ দিনের মধ্যে ওয়েবসাইটটি ডেলিভারি করা হবে। তবে, কাজের পরিধি বেশি হলে, আলোচনার মাধ্যমে সময়সীমা বাড়ানো যেতে পারে।
আমরা কেবল সেই নকশা, পৃষ্ঠা এবং বৈশিষ্ট্যগুলির মধ্যে কাজ করব যা কাজ শুরু করার আগে লিখিতভাবে চূড়ান্ত করা হবে। আপনি যদি পরে কোনও নতুন বৈশিষ্ট্য বা পরিবর্তন যোগ করতে চান, তাহলে অতিরিক্ত চার্জ প্রযোজ্য হবে।
বিষয়বস্তুর বিধান
গ্রাহক নিজ দায়িত্বে ওয়েবসাইটের লেখা, ছবি, লোগো এবং প্রয়োজনীয় তথ্য প্রদান করবেন। এই বিষয়বস্তু প্রদানে বিলম্বের ফলে স্বাভাবিকভাবেই প্রকল্পের সময়কাল বৃদ্ধি পেতে পারে।
সংশোধন
নির্দিষ্ট সংখ্যক পরিবর্তন বিনামূল্যে করা হবে। আরও পরিবর্তনের জন্য অতিরিক্ত সময় এবং খরচ প্রযোজ্য হতে পারে।
পেমেন্ট নীতি
কাজ শুরু করার আগে নির্দিষ্ট আংশিক অর্থ প্রদান করতে হবে। ওয়েবসাইটটি সম্পূর্ণ হওয়ার পরে অবশিষ্ট অর্থ প্রদানের উপর চূড়ান্ত হস্তান্তর করা হবে।
সমাপ্তির সময়
আমরা যথাসাধ্য চেষ্টা করি নির্দিষ্ট সময়ের মধ্যে কাজটি সম্পন্ন করার জন্য। তবে, গ্রাহক যদি কন্টেন্ট সরবরাহ করতে দেরি করেন বা নতুন কাজ যুক্ত হয়, তাহলে ডেলিভারির সময় পরিবর্তন হতে পারে।
ওয়েবসাইট স্থানান্তর এবং মালিকানা
সম্পূর্ণ অর্থ প্রদানের পর, সমস্ত ফাইল, ডাটাবেস এবং ওয়েবসাইটের প্রয়োজনীয় অ্যাক্সেস গ্রাহকের কাছে স্থানান্তরিত হবে।
সহায়তা এবং রক্ষণাবেক্ষণ
ওয়েবসাইট স্থানান্তরের পর প্রাথমিক সহায়তা প্রদান করা হবে। দীর্ঘমেয়াদী সহায়তা বা নিয়মিত রক্ষণাবেক্ষণ একটি পৃথক পরিষেবা হিসাবে বিবেচিত হবে।
শর্তাবলী পরিবর্তনের অধিকার
পরিষেবার মান উন্নত করার স্বার্থে, ওয়েব কোডেন্সি প্রয়োজনে এই শর্তাবলী পরিবর্তন বা আপডেট করার অধিকার সংরক্ষণ করে।
